My loving baby, four-legged companion crossed the Rainbow Bridge Sunday, August 21, life will never be the same without this loving face. He got sick quickly and passed quickly, for that I am thankful. I will be gone for a few days, but I will return so stay tuned for the next chapter of my life. Mason loved and was loved by all who knew him.
Have fun my darling keeping up with your four legged cousins that have gone on before.
Love MaMa
This is a picture on the cover of a book I published just for me, I do not expect you to buy a copy, I just wanted you to his how sweet he could be with no-one is looking.
Rainbow Bridge.comJust this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water, and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together….

I’m so sorry for that and I cry with you for your beloved friend. I cry with you for him. I cry with you for our beloved Maltese boy Tobi. I cry for our cats Sissy, Robin, Peggy-Sue, Janis-Marie Lynn and Loretta-Elisa
I cry for all of our darlings.
Maybe they have already met and sniff the flowers together. They have fun and look forward to seeing you again.
I take you comfortingly in my arms and cry with you ….!
Blessing!
God bless you!

Such a cutie! I’m sorry for your loss. My dog Chloe went to the Rainbow Bridge a couple of years ago. I was so comforted by that.

I’m deeply sorry for your loss. I came upon your piece by way of your response to mine so you know that I understand how hard it is to have to say goodbye to a pet. Ever since we lost Rainey I’ve found some solace in the notion of the Rainbow Bridge. Take care and take heart.

I, too, lost a precious little one this year. Thankfully, we have wonderful memories. Only this morning, before reading your post, I spoke about dear Sweetie, remembering her indomitable personality and the many intelligent ways in which she left her indelible mark upon our lives.
So – sharing your sadness, and reliving wonderful memories!
