I woke up Sunday morning and went to see a former student of mine that always seems to ground me and makes me laugh, but also makes me think about what’s important in life, which could be as simple as taking a walk in the sun or listen to Bohemian Rhapsody and sing to the top of our lungs. It was a good start to a day that started to spiral into something dark. That something was my mind.
